Booking Policies
ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE PRICING:
Unless otherwise stated, package rates are per person and assume double occupancy. Prices include accommodations at Bayside Resort Hotel in the selected room type with continental breakfast each morning. Prices include carts, any required service fees and Local & State taxes*
*In the event tax and fees are increased, the customer will be responsible for payment.
BOOKING:
All packages must be booked at least 3 days prior to arrival. Our Director of Golf is available Mon- Fri 9am-5pm for quotes, pricing, questions and bookings. Any emails or messages received during off hours will be answered next business day. Sorry, we cannot reserve Tee Times for singles.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
For all packages a $100 deposit is required per golfer at time of booking. Credit / Debit cards or checks will be accepted. Checks must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival. For groups of 4 or less golfers, the balance will be due on arrival. For groups of 5 or more golfers, payment requirements will be varied based on individual group needs that will be discussed at time of booking.
PERSONAL CHECKS:
Sorry, personal checks are not accepted on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a 14 day cancellation policy for all confirmed packages. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per golfer. No cancellations will be given due to course or weather conditions.
RAIN POLICY:
If the course is closed due to weather you will have 2 options: 1.) We can refund the cost of your Tee Time. 2.) You can go to the course and exchange your golf voucher for a rain check for another day of play.
NO SHOW / MISSED TEE TIMES:
If the course is open you are obligated to play. No refunds are given for missed tee times or no shows.
HOTEL CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Any time after 3pm / Any time before 11am
UNDER 21 POLICY:
No person or persons under the age of 21 will be permitted to stay or make a reservation at our hotel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their visit.
DAMAGES:
Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. We understand that everyone wants to have a good time, but we expect everyone to be respectful of other guests and our property. If anyone damages property or becomes disorderly resulting in a refund to another guest, the offending guest will be charged accordingly for the physical damage or refund or both. This could result in being removed from the property without a refund.
